Four Paths

Our mission is to create a safe and comfortable environment where people in this delicate stage of life can come move their bodies, relax, reset and feel good during and after their pregnancies.

We will run regularly scheduled classes throughout the week to meet the needs of the many pregnant people and mothers in our community and the Greater Milwaukee area.

Staying active in any stage of life makes one feel good. Four paths is all about feeling good and taking time for and taking care of ourselves to help us strengthen our bodies and balance our minds.

Meet the Owner

Hi! My name is Molly Dixon. I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor (RYT-200), ACE certified group fitness instructor (CGFI) and a registered prenatal yoga teacher (RPYT). I am a life long lover of movement and activity and am passionate about helping people keep up with their yoga practices and activity levels during and after their pregnancies and beyond.

I am a Milwaukee native, I grew up in Shorewood and have since lived in many different parts of the city. At this time, my family and I reside in Whitefish Bay. I am the mother of two very busy and energetic little girls. Keeping up with my yoga practice and strength training has helped me to handle the mental and physical challenges of being a parent to small children.

During my first pregnancy, I had a gentle and sporadic yoga practice, I went for many walks and I rode my bike as often as possible while it was still safe. During my second pregnancy I increased my activity level tenfold. I had a strong and consistent yoga practice. I also took and taught HIIT classes, self-modifying as needed. Taking regular classes and self-modifying was totally doable but it made me want more options for myself and other pregnant people, especially those who are not familiar with what they should/shouldn’t do during pregnancy.

Exercising consistently during pregnancy helped my mood improve significantly and feeling stronger throughout pregnancy made me more confident as I prepped my body for labor.

I think many people are scared to exercise during pregnancy. We are constantly told what not to do during pregnancy and it makes us wonder “Oh? is this okay? Should I be doing this? Will this affect my baby?” I wanted to create a space where we answer those questions, a space with a variety of consistent classes where everything is catered to the mother’s body and mind.
